Get out of bed. To take a shower. Get dressed. Write articles. Read. Wash the dishes. To do the housework. When we think of being productive, we believe that it takes a lot of time. However, in reality, there is plenty to do in just 5 minutes.
Here is a list of productive things to do when you have only 5 minutes leftthat is, quick activities that you can do and finish without problems.
Sometimes, when you're under the tasks, we forget that there are things that do not take much time. However, these things can be very helpful in maintaining your emotional balance.
-Accord yourself 5 minutes of meditation. Indeed, meditation will help you relax and reset your brain. It is especially useful when your thoughts are mixed up or you are extremely anxious. Nowadays, there are many methods of meditation online.
-Save a cup of tea or coffee. To give yourself time for yourself is absolutely productive.
-Buy a book. Give yourself some good times and share them.
-Reflect how you feel lately. If you wish, you can write it. Also think about what you plan to do today.
-Make plans with your spouse or with a loved one. Plan something fun for tonight, tomorrow, or next week.

– Take a walk. If you are at home, pick up the mail or take a walk around the block. If you are at work, stretch your legs next to the desk. Go out and look at the sky.

-Note 10 things to see, to feel, to hear, to touch, and maybe even try to make contact with your world.
-Read a few lines or any text that soothes you, and remember what is really important.
–Close your eyes and listen to the sound of the waves (thanks to the Internet, anything is possible).
-Do something you have to do but you do not really want : pay bills, call your bank, make your bed, iron clothes, clean your desk, etc. Do not forget, it's only 5 minutes!
-Read jokes or watch a short humorous video.
–Take a piece of paper and scribble what comes to mind: swirls, lines, waves, flowers … Let your mind wander and amaze you.
-Prevent a great meal for this week.
-Search and learn more about a historic moment which would have taken place on the same date as today, but years before.
-Reflect what you need from a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual point of view.
Think about the things you have to do this week. If you do not have any free time, you can take 5 minutes off each scheduled task.
-Rest in silence. There is so much wisdom around our minds and bodies … How often do you really stop?
If you like the idea, ask yourself this question: "What do I already know?", And wait for the answer. Or sit down, without waiting for anything. To avoid losing the notion of time, you can use a timer.
