Being happy, according to science, means maintaining a balance that allows the brain to work nimbly and stay healthy.In principle, we should all succeed in doing this because protecting ourselves and our health is a natural thing.

In the second group, we recommended the practice of a sport. And, finally, the third group was offered a combination of drugs and sports.

A month later, the condition of all these people had improved. However, after three months, there was a significant difference. 38% of people in the first group had symptoms of depression again, compared to 31% in the second group. In the last group, this rate dropped to 9%.To be happy, according to science, depends also on sport.

4. Have five meaningful relationships

Humans are essentially sociable. Even if the conditions of civilization push us to adopt individualistic behaviors.In the end, we all need others. Their gratitude, their company, their affection.

A study revealed thatpeople who had at least five significant relationships in their lives were twice as likely to say they felt very happy.By meaningful relationship, we mean a relationship in which you can trust the other person, be yourself, and speak without fear or shame.

5. Leave home
